And I agree Mad Titan has a better complete package, but do 10 of them walk about your gym on a daily basis? And that is a genuine question not sarcasm.

? I am confused. I am saddened if today that 10 guys seen in one day better built than Zyzz in a FUCKING GYM is so rare that someone would question it like this.
Yes, there are some huge fuckers at my gym. One I have known for over 15 years and he weighs 320lbs at 6’3"…with abs showing (and please don’t pester me about his body fat percentage because at that size, it doesn’t matter).
Yes, at least 10 guys bigger than that and better developed train at my gym 24 hour fitness every single day.
I already agreed that guys would be bigger, no denying that but complete package to me would include being lean but yes your friend is an example of a better package.
And things must different from the states to here then, not my fault or problem.
I live in Houston. I think it is the third largest city in the country (or at least higher than 5th). We have a bodybuilding culture here. Yes, it is strange to hear a grown man act like seeing 10 built guys like that at a gym is strange. I see it everyday.
That may explain some of the comments we get here and why everyone is so concerned with what their limits are before they reach them.
Zyzz wouldn’t even stand out much at my gym unless he was walking around without a shirt on and then mostly because of that alone.
Having spent a bit of time in the UK and France, I would say it’s actually pretty rare, just based on the people you see outside of the gym.
Here, in Indianapolis, I’d say it would still be kind of rare to see 10 guys built like that on a given day at the gym. Over the course of a week, probably. Maybe not that lean right now, but capable of looking like that if they leaned down.
Some of the bars I play pool at actually have better built guys than the gyms I’ve seen.
My training partner was 5’7" two years ago at 270lbs. He was not the biggest even though he did stand out.
It is all about where you live. Gyms today are becoming coffee shops with cardio equipment. I would imagine most real gyms in Houston with significant weights stacks still get a decent amount of really built guys.
If things are that bad, it explains why so many people here who don’t look built give out advice.
