Truly an amazing transformation brother. I laughed at your “lol at the chest striations” comment. My wife has walked in on my checking myself out in all sorts of angles in front of a full length mirror we’ve got many times, only to then be given a complete run down of how good I’m looking and a laundry list of all the little details appearing daily in my physique (she’s a very tolerant woman -lol).

At the end of the day, no matter how much progress we make, I think all bodybuilders are little kids deep down who still get a kick out of a big super-hero like muscular physique. Looking in the mirror, or even viewing photos of yourself and thinking “that can’t be me,… that’s just so cool!”… well, the novelty just never goes away. Sure you come to terms with it, but it’s always gonna be damn cool catching your reflection, thinking back to where you were when you started, and knowing how hard you worked to get to where you are now.

You haven’t bitched, complained, whined, or expressed anything negative in this thread the entire prep (especially these past couple of weeks)!

I believe your mindset and the seeming joy you possess through all of this has had a positive effect on your progress and condition as well.

You are going to do great at the show. And if you keep this mentality into the future, I foresee some great things in your bodybuilding quest. You deserve it.

Its cause I LOVE this sport man! Not everything was easy (10x45mins cardio per week at some point, for example) but everything was ENJOYABLE…!! Doing something hard as fuck that you know many couldnt do and knowing its gonna pay off, thats enjoyable for me

What does your offseason split currently look like my man?

ALso, I know you said you will be following a loose carb cycling approach, but can you elaborate a little more? Have you found a certain amount of proteins, carbs and fats, relative to your body weight, seem to work the best for growing while staying lean?

Lastly, besides the Biotest products, what are the staple supps you use in the pics a few pages back? No need to name thee site but I believe it is the company owned by Dante. Just certain protein powders, bcaas, etc?

And do you like to use any kind of pre workout product? I have been using about 100-150 mg of caffeine before each workout 5 days a week and like the boost it gives (dont use any other stims, not even coffee, so I never need to increase my dose or get a diminishing effect).
