I think what they mean is you have done well to maintain a good amount of symmetry all over, it’s very easy to let your ‘stronger’ side become more developed than your ‘weaker’ side.
I have areas on the left side of my body that are slightly out of proportion to the right side of my body despite my efforts to correct them, yours are very balanced all over from the looks of it.
As far as other proportions go, torso length:leg length, clavicle:hip ratios etc can’t be helped and we’re stuck with them but you also have favourable proportions in this respect for bodybuilding adding to the overall aesthetic.

I lost 8lbs this week so these pics are pretty depleted haha
I wont be posting them all, just two
Lighting isnt that good in that room as we’ve seen thru all this thread but lol the changes are easy to see when comparing to last week’s pics
This week i’ll take upodate pics tuesday/wednesday at the point where I look my best post skipload, in my basement like on the last set of pics so it should be fun
As you already heard, your shoulder are the most impressive thing in your physique.
The most lagging part i would say is mmmmm…looking again that video, i cant find anything visible lagging.
Without doubt the thing that gives you that power look in your arms are your shoulders.
Last two pics are Awesome. Best 2 BY FAR I would say. That “hard” look is really coming in. When you do all the peak week magic and get those abs etched in its going to tie everything together very nicely.

BTW - I sent you a PM if you care to check[/quote]
Hi Zraw’s. You look impressive, especially your cannon ball shoulder’s.You have a good taper, possible in the future some liower-back work. The back and especially lower area is weak on a lot of amateur?junior bodybuilder’s.Your quad’s are good. It’s just sharpining-up Goodluck johnny

I agree. I just started doing some kind of hyperextension 16weeks ago so this will be something i’ll work on next offseason! Actually everything concerning my back is gonna be a main priority
Hey Zraw, regardless of the answer it doesn’t matter much since you’ve clearly grown into this show and look amazing, but how has your strength been throughout this diet? I don’t mean with new exercises that you’d obviously improve on, but the main lifts you would generally judge strength by.
I always stop my cuts around 11-12% body fat because I just can’t stand how much size and strength I lose after that point. Then again that was always done naturally, so I think I will be able to get lower without too much loss if I blast away for it lol. Maybe not to the same extent you are currently doing but maybe about 40% (staying under 1g basically). I don’t plan on competing any time soon, but would love to finally get to 7% without losing a year of gains.

My answer will probably feel very sucky to you but I dont gauge my strenght with any exercises lol.
Meadows program are always changing, from week to week so I dont even take notes of the weight I use. I realized that focusing on the weight instead of focusing on feeling my muscle working and “doing the most it can” was not beneficial, at all. When you focus on str your form gets looser and looser cause if you lose strenght it means you lose muscle right? And if you dotn gain strenght it means you dont gain muscle, right? So you do all you can to “be stronger” and in the end you dont profit from that “fake str gains”
SO, while I dont gauge my strenght I do remember the weights I use sometimes or how a certain weight feels. I would say I improved on most exercises (I hit a rack deadlift x5 PR 2weeks ago at 6plates/side)

Thanks for the feedback. You’re definitely right in that, even on my current Meadows routine, even if I start out with perfect form on everything, within a few weeks as I push harder and harder to progress my form gets worse and worse. The mentality that I have to get stronger to progress has become very ingrained in me over the years, but I have to say for the most part I still believe that. AAS I think changes that dramatically but, for me at least, I’ve only ever gotten bigger when I got stronger and really started losing size when dieting when getting weaker.
Right now doing the intermediate level volume with the meadows routine I’m generally still focusing on adding as much strength as possible on the 1st-2nd exercise (e.g. incline DB/BB, Squats/deadlifts, CGBP, T-bars, etc.) but try to make the later exercises specifically about proper form and “feeling” everything even if the weight doesn’t go up for awhile. Hopefully this can get me the best of both worlds while keeping me sane about weights
