That’s natural man, I think almost everyone goes back and looks at the year before to see what they need to bring to the stage. As much as body building is about improving yourself and bringing the best package YOU can to the stage… there are still other guys up there you gotta go against.
Changes happen almost DAILY at this point, especially after that skipload, so ride the wave and have fun coming in knowing you have 2 of the best in the world in your corner.[/quote]
Ha yes! My weight dropped REALLY fast in the last few days… probBly too fast. Like 7lbs in 3days lol. Pics are to see if ive gotten a bit flatfrom the carb change this week (we lowered them)

Amazing stuff! The before and after is crazy! Not sure if you posted leg routine on your thread already…but could you give an example of what you’ve been doing? Is it straight from JM’s leg article or are there any variences or tidbits you can offer? My hams, glutes and adductors are progressing but my quads and VM are lacking.
