Zraw's First BBing Show

Relaxed from the back, not sure I have posted any

Quads not squeezed and it shows :frowning:

I think this one looks better than last week

Relaxed from the front, should I change how I position my arms?

I like this one I think

Rear lats

I forgot to press my arm hard against my lats and squeeze but I think this pose looks way better than it did before. Still needs work though

Lol. My gf took the pic before I was contracting abs but whatever I guess -_-

On reverse pec deck pretty strict form[/quote]

on the rev pec deck do you use the handles so your palms are facing one another or palms facing the floor?

holy fuck dude you are looking great. I want to be you.

your delts are fucking amazing. I’ll be honest though, imo they kind of take away from your arms atleast at that angle.

I posted a triceps pic update 2weeks ago or so… Here is the progress over 1month… 2weeks between each pics…

I needed to add thickness… Im on the right path I think

They do I agree

I considered not working my delts mucb anymore but figured in the long run thats dumb and I may as well get them freaky and then maybe focus on my arms more. I dont think for a novice show delts too big will be a big problem.

I already know though that before going on stage ill be pumping my biceps some but not touch my delts much, if at all

Maybe you already mentioned this. What did you do to develop your delts? What did you find worked best for you in terms of reps, sets, etc?

Should have looked better before asking. Found this:

"Shoulder day

4 x 8-12 Front Dumbell press or Smith front press
4 x 35 partial lateral raises
4 x 35 rear delt machine "

Did you find that higher-rep sets worked better because of greater TUT? Did you try other approaches?

How high did you go with partial lateral raises?

Also, what’s your opinion on overhead presses?

For a while I didn’t know you were making a parody in your shoulder thread even though me and a few others told you lol. He works with John Meadows so he would be doing something similar to this article.

Partial laterals and partner eccentric assisted machine lateral raises are great if you got a workout buddy. The key to the heavy swings is to hang them just right where the tension is kept on the appropriate delt whether doing lateral or rear delt swings.

If the rear delt machine sucks in your gym I just do the 4x35 with 10 pound dumbbells before finishing with this finisher.
