Vascularity really pops out when im skiploading!! Plan now will be to maintain this level of leaness while growing. That was the plan this saturday when we upped the cals but… I still leaned down I think… and my weight increased… -_- lol

Picture is post skiploading, after eating ~1600g of cals, 1hour post load

Amazing stuff zraw. Hope you win.

You’re gonna destroy the competition.

Rear delts really poppin in that last pic.

FWIW, my girlfriend thinks you’re hot.

Dude, WTF. You gain 5 pounds of muscle and drop 5 pounds of fat every pic you post. This is awesome to watch.

I hope so but even in a novice show over here the level is pretty good to tell you the truth.

Hahah :stuck_out_tongue:

I said I wanted to grow into the show…! I think my body functions are a ton better when im pretty lean. I respond 1000 times better to everything at this level of leaness than when I was softer

da fuck…

The better lighting does a much better service to your size than a lot of your in-home pictures. I’m sure the pump didn’t hurt either =].

What do you consider very high? 15-20-25?

35-50 :)[/quote]

Is this with DBs or on a RD machine? What weight do you normally use?

I have been doing this more particularly on side laterals in a machine but think i am using too heavy a weight. Do you have clean form for 95% of them (i.e. not jerking) or is it quite loose so you can get the reps with a decent weight?

He’s being trained by Meadows, so probably does stuff similar to this: Shoulder Training: The Mountain Dog Way

15weeks out update time!

My weight is 3.2 lbs higher than on my 16weeks out pics

On most of my front shots, my legs dont look that good… I realized when I was done that I hadnt really been squeezing them while I was doing my poses lol… I was contracting the quads but not squeezing the floor with my toes, if that makes any sense…

I also hadnt shave pre poses, which I had been doing the last 2weeks

This week I switched most of my meals that had brown bread to oats… BAD IDEA. I found out that oats makes my waist much wider… I gained almost one inch lol… So its back to brown bread which I enjoy and do well with
