I’ve done my research on this stack and It says that it raises your Natural Test with no side effects besides acne. I am 16 years old and 5’9 im probally still growing. Do you think that this stack would act like a prohormone or steriod and stunt my growth?
Not sure where your research was from. ZMA for over night, helps with the growth spurt and GH release overnight. Tribulus is for the day, help boost the T level. you don’t need that at night.
If I am wrong I would like to be told.

Why, at 16, are you worried about your test levels? I have also not heard of steroids or prohormones having a blunting effect on growth.

I’m with sasquatch. At age 16, your test levels should not be any kind of issue at all unless you’ve been tested and told otherwise (although even here, I would wonder why a 16 year old would be getting his test levels checked anyway). You should just be focusing on eating clean, eating big and hitting the big lifts more than anything else if (as I am guessing) gaining size is your focus.

PaulO, listen up, carefully. You are in over your head. Stop taking supps. You are not even 18! I am a little angered because perfectly useful supplements for guys in their late 20’s, 30’s and 40’s are now illegal because of YOU. Don’t even worry about supps until your twenties.
For you-
Protein supps: ok. Test supps: not ok
Please take this into consideration.
I agree with the other members above. To make it a little more understanding, because I am using a teen mentality, think of supplements as ‘what you eat that you may need to eat more of or more concentrated’.
For example, protein, creatine, vitamins, minerals, and greens supplements. All can be consumed as food and drink before you walk to the health food store or bodybuilding supply store or website. Start there in education and build a working foundation of food and drink. THEN address those same needs with their supplements afterwards if needed.
That’s the same kind of idea I get when I read posts and articles here in T-Nation and at Coach Danny John’s website (and other sites too).
