ZMA for non-strength trainers

My dad is under a lot of stress at work and has had some trouble sleeping. His doc prescribed a mild anti-depressant for him, which is supposed to help him sleep better. I’m not exactly enthusiastic about this idea, and I was thinking that ZMA might be a better alternative. Would ZMA work for my old man? He plays golf and squash, but doesn’t lift, so there isn’t much physical stress, but I’m thinking that stress=stress, so why not? Any thoughts are much appreciated, RM.

I’ve done the same thing with a member at my gym. He had good results during a very stressful time. He didn’t have any trouble sleeping though. I was more interested in improving quality of sleep for him because he wasn’t getting enough.
