I just started ZMA. My problem is you cannot take it in the presence of calcium. How long before and after should you wait. The reason I ask is I like to take a shot of Advanced protein before sleep which contains calcium and ZMA should be taken before sleep. What do you guys do?
Take the ZMA with water an hour before sleep, and the protein before you hit the sheets. Thta should be enough separation. Calcium binding does exist, though not to the extremes that many believe.
