Just be mindful. Avoid bottled water, plastic silverware, basically putting plastic in your mouth. I like using wooden plates to eat off of, for a similar reason.
I want to avoid bottled water, but, thatās all we have. No way Iām drinking out of the tap, that stuff evil.
We use metal silverware, and we have ceramic plates, though normally we just use paper plates.
I think I want to start making more cotton/wool clothing with my crochet/knitting skills. Hope I have some yarn of that type.
You could purchase a water filter, to make the tap water more viable. It would be a more environmentally friendly option as well.

I rent my apartment so I canāt do anything big as far as filter is concerned. We tested the water after filtering it and itās amazingly clean. Its tank is pretty small and it takes a while to filter the water, but if youāre diligent and store the water in containers then it works. Significantly reduced the amount of bottled water I bought from Costco.

August 6th Il be getting my class schedule for my sophomore year. Why is summer vacation almost over. Also, hooray! Schools almost back! I get to have a consistent schedule again.
I plan on big things this year. I want to get my style on point. All plain shirts, no printing, no stripes, nothing. All plain. Every day. I almost did that last year, but in like the last 2 weeks of school I forgot to change out of my night/morning shirt, which has printing on it. I was so close to wearing plain all year long. This year will be the one. Iām gonna try to wear my pocket watch too, should be an interesting style choice. I donāt aim to dress elaborately, or focusing on looking as attractive as possible, I just want to look nice. Formal.

Well, didnāt run as far as I wanted. 40 minutes, just about 3.5 miles. 12 minutes through I had to go back to use the bathroom, and the last lap near the end I needed to go back again, except turns out I actually didnāt.. argh. I could have gone for another mile but I didnāt want to risk anything.
Still, I ran 40 minutes which is good. Its getting easier stamina wise, I donāt take as many breaks. If I was on a flat track and I wasnāt super concerned with my heart rate I could probably run the whole way without stopping.
Snack:

Along with eating no grains and no added sugars, Iām also going to do my calorie calculations different. Im going to eat 3000 calories a day, but, Iām not going to track any calories burnt from workouts. If I do that, I should lose fat since il either be at maintainence with my 3k or with the activity I do il be in a net deficit, and il still have plenty of nutrients with this diet.
You can absolutely achieve those goals. Possibly by the end of this school year.

I wanted to get some more calories that werenāt either meat or cheese, and I wanted something a bit sweet, and given this diet, just wow. 90% of the pantry I canāt eat. grain grain grain sugar sugar grain sugar grain grain.
Yeah, itās why I just take in more meat and eggs to compensate myself. Itās not the worst choice.
