Good dinner, very filling

I think my interest in mosses is dying down. Glad I did not buy an expensive microscope. @T3hPwnisher thanks for giving me the advice to wait a bit before buying

Tomorrow will be a 50 minute ruck, which is about two and an half miles given my approximate walking speed. I will get some padding for the shoulder/chest region, whenever I ruck with that backpack I am always left with under the surface damage where it is all red. It makes sense since that’s where stretch marks were, both from when I was chunky, and from the ones I got from gaining muscle.

Unrelated; what is with the sun? why are the sunflowers pointing away from it? Our sunflowers are opposing the sun, and I’ve heard a man has a field of sunflowers that are pointed away from the sun. My guesses are either pollutants that somehow magnify the light where it is too strong for the sunflowers, or that due to the increase of solar flare activity the sun is stronger, producing the same reason.
Okay, after doing the bare minimum research. its because they typically just face the east (the direction they are pointed) because it allows for the fresh morning sun. They stop following the sun more as the get older.

July 23, W4D3 E day
50 minute ruck today.

Stayed up a bit late texting a friend, only got about 7.5 hours of sleep. Could be worse, but still, not happy with that

I definitely think ive gained a little bit of fat. Today Im going to take some physique pictures just for myself to look at

Ive gotten down to just 2 websites I dont ā€œneedā€ that i use daily; This, and my Calorie tracker.

Today’s Assignments:
Finish crocheting border of blanket

List of all current projects excluding blanket

  1. Chainmail coif
  2. Chemistry experiment
  3. Making the plans for a personal training club at school (im surprised I actually haven’t mentioned this so far, i dont think)

Shoulders really sore from the stuff I did on Monday (Frog stand, attempts at a hand stand), and my Quads are feeling the running it seems.

Breakfast: Very small amount of food

1/2 cup protein granola
1 cup 2% milk
—Total: 342 Kcal. 12g fat, 44g carbs, 18g protein

Not 100% sure why I chose not to eat much, I guess just not super hungry.

Also, I think my perceived fat gain is actually just a weak transverse abdominis, since when I flex my core, I think my abs are more defined, but when im in relaxed position I look a bit chunky, but in good lighting an outline of my abs is still there

Other than vacuums (what’s the correct way to do them?), what other exercises could I do to strengthen my transverse abdominis?

Heading on ruck now. Im going to try to keep myself more upright rather than bent over to work my core more.

Ruck went well. I used some fat doilys as cushioning. Ugly but it works. I did my best to keep my posture upright, but of course some points im sure it wasn’t.

Snack:
3/4 cup pho broth
6 pieces of spaghetti
4 meatballs
----Total: 247 Kcal, 14g fat, 14g carbs, 17g protein

I put the spaghetti in the broth to make faux pho. Eh.

Took a few pictures. I think I did gain a bit of fat, muscle definition is not as good. Could be lighting though, too. Oh well.

More incentive to clean up the diet in these final few weeks of Basebuilding and Operator before kicking off into mass gaining.

Yep. Thats agood way I can think about it.

Lunch: Beefy
2 beef patties
2 slices cheese
7 small meatballs
1.5 cups spaghetti
1/3 large cinnamon roll (mom bought it for us, and Ive been wanting to try it. Too delicious, I need to not eat that)
—Total: … okay, I went a little overboard. 1628 Kcal, 104g fat 108g carbs 64g protein.
After factoring in the calories burnt from the ruck, I have about 1200 left.
Man I’m glad I went easy on with breakfast

I would do more today, but, my body is hurting from various things and it really needs to recuperate. Im gonna do something i rarely do; take a nap

Naps are great. A walk out in the sun is also a great idea. Low intensity: just getting the blood flowing and sun on the skin.

Yeah, I took a walk earlier up to the ponds with mom (about half mile). I’l probably take a walk after my nap.

That was a nice nap. it was about 45-50 minutes. now to walk a bit

Just a short walk. The sunshine was rejuvinating

Im working on planning out the personal training club I’m making. I want to get people jacked and strong. I have a unit planner, where they will first learn about why to exercise, then learning calisthenics, which then they will have to reach a certain goal before they can start lifting. Then they will be taught about different weight lifting exercises over the course of two units, first the major/ compound exercises, then the minor/isolation exercises. Then they will make and complete a certain goal before moving onto specialization, where they pick from bodybuilding type work, calisthenics work, tactical barbell work, or Olympic type work.
The club will probably have a max of like 5 members just so I don’t crowd the weight room for other students

Im finally cleaning my desk in my room. For years theres been clay and paint blobs on the surface and we used a plexiglass sheet to cover it so I could have a flat surface. Well, enough was enough. Today, after at least 5 years, I’m finally cleaning the paint and clay and glue off. Im getting my desk optimized for productivity

Okay, I have a problem. Do papers go in the 18" by 2" drawer or the 12" by 5" drawer, (they are both 12 inches deep) ? I know theres a right answer but i can’t figure it out.
Scratch that, this will only apply if I actually have paper

5 oz chicken
1/2 cup cheese
5 oz sauteed mushrooms
1/6 cinnamon roll (my last piece of it)
1 cup milk (I actually had this earlier, but I forgot to put it)
1 slice whole grain Oatnut bread
1 oz yellow bean pods from our garden
----Total: 1005 Kcal, 47g fat, 84g carbs, 63g protein

Days total: 3492 Kcal, 182g fat, 255g carbs, 211g protein

I want to try making dumplings. Maybe I’ll do that tomorrow if I have time.
I didn’t get much work done on my blanket today. I’l do more work tomorrow.
I have so much CRAP in my room, but I cant put it away because even if I did a lot of it wouldn’t make a difference to the space I have in my room.
Memory rant:
I remember when we moved to this house. 10 years ago already. I was 5, actually 4 because I turned 5 a few months later. It was around Easter time. We still had our blue car back then. We came up, and I saw the yard. There were 2 trees, a maple and a cherry. We cut down the maple some years ago, and the cherry we cut down this year (my muscles were useful haha). My aunt, who lived there, was outside. I remember when it started pouring, we stood under the cherry tree and I said it was like an umbrella (it was like a weeping cherry tree).
When we went inside, it was so dirty and dusty. My room was painted SpongeBob yellow. I remember I didn’t want it to get repainted to white, but, I’m glad we did.
I remember when we built a second bathroom downstairs. I think I was in 4th grade at the time.
I remember when we closed up the area under the lowest staircase, that was awhile ago.
I remember from Kindergarten through 3 grade and then 5th grade, my one friend was in my class. She was a nice girl. I always talked about how I wanted to get married to her one day, and she always said no that’s weird. I still have her secret we share. I think I said it once but that was this school year (9th), and I don’t think the kid even remembers.
We would always play this game where we found clues from the ā€œmystery banditā€. There was this one door where there was graffiti of a penguin or something. I remember the playground so vividly.
I remember kindergarten. On st.patricks day, a 1 inch wood yellow sphere from one of the toy bins randomly fell from the ceiling
I remember in 1st grade, we made green eggs for the book ā€œGreen eggs and Hamā€.
I remember in 2nd grade, we had baby chicklings hatched from eggs.
! don’t remember anything from 3rd grade. Nothing. I remember my teacher and her name but that’s it. Zilch.
I remember 4th grade. We were friends with the teacher. When the one cat we found gave birth, we gave her the one cat, she named him Simon.
I remember virtual classes in 5th grade. I dyed my hair ruby red one time. I was a chunky kid.
I remember 6th grade, I started making my own religion called Zodiaism, and there were 100 ordinances that I never finished that you had to follow, and to enter you had to be able to stand on one foot for 10 seconds. I was also part of the Newspaper club that year.
I remember 7th grade, for history I made a project on the local native American Indians. Or maybe that was 8th grade. I forget. This was also the year I got fat because I willingly ate lots of crap food. I got to 160lbs at 5’4", No muscle. I was pretty chunky.
I remember the summer before 8th grade, I finally came to my senses after I tried fasting for a day, At the time I was Buddhist, and then eventually moved around a few religions before finally coming to Jesus Christ. I then went from 160 all the way to 131lbs from that summer to the summer before 9th grade.
I remember 8th grade I actually made a few friends, and I learned how to socialize more. I became less introverted, and I enjoyed conversation. The end of that year I started lifting a bit before summer, and then I just did bodyweight stuff. I got a bit of muscle on, but, not like now.
9th grade I started lifting seriously. Starting September I lean bulked until June, and then you know what’s been going on with my fitness since then. I made a few friends that year, good friends. I think I started getting a bit more known in school, since I was among the ā€œmuscular/fitā€ kids. I also think I had a glow up generally. I think some girls like me, but, idk. I want to get a girlfriend, but I don’t see many girls that are Orthodox Christian, or at least real christians. I cant say much myself, I sin much also. That school year was also the first school year I ever had a difficult class; AP US history. First time I ever felt I needed to study a bit for a few things, so I did. I think this year I will start studying to bring my low-mid A’s to High A’s.
Glad the past has happened. Glad for the future to come. Glad for the Now.
