Delicious combination. First time trying goat cheese, its very good, almost like cream cheese.

----Total: YIKES! the two burger patties ALONE made up the rest of my calories (I had ate a bit much earlier, only about 780 left)

This shows that calories aren’t all that matter. 2 patties may have more calories, but also far more actual nutrition than the buns or chips. Definitely prioritize those patties.

July 21 W4D1 SE day

1 circuit of 50 reps today. That’s gonna be tough.

Assignments:
Finish all of the border on the blanket, and sew in the loose ends

I gotta get that blanket done, its so close.
I will start eating healthy today. No root beer, No food that doesn’t serve a purpose

Workout complete
When doing the inverted rows, my wrist does more of a popping sort of sensation, it actually doesnt hurt as much like i said. I think that i just need to warm it up before I get started, since when i tested it out after a workout last week it wouldn’t do that, and also when I got stronger at tricep pushdowns, my elbow would pop/hurt the first set if i didnt warm up with lighter weight.

1/2 cup protain granola (I only really ate it for the fiber not the protein)

Could have done without that granola calorie wise, but oh well.

Its great getting my workout done in the morning before breakfast. When I was brushing my hair I was thinking ā€˜okay I still gotta workout today Il probably do that around-’. And then I remembered, ā€˜Wait, no I don’t, I already worked out today.’
My mind is still not used to working out in the morning. Not during the workout, after. Its already done, Its weird I don’t have to think about working out for the rest of the day, its done.

I have to leave the internet a little more urgently it seems. Not immediately, but I must take more action as it were.

There’s all this AI misinformation, these viral videos going on about how wildlife is fleeing Yellowstone, and that its erupting etc etc, its all fake. I project I may leave the internet before December of this year, if the progress of AI deems it. AI is getting worse; beware it.

This is definitely why I’m a big fan of training first thing in the morning. It’s nice to just have it over and done with.

Lunch: A charcutery board like meal

1 container beef jerky chew

All the food was layed out on a wood cutting board on top of napkins. Its quite good.
I had wanted to use ham but we had none, so beef jerky chew instead.

I made a better name for this log. I’m calling it ā€œZM Strong like Bull training log (Tactical barbell training log)ā€

Never knew different types of tuna look different. Albacore is more of a white color, while Skipjack is more of a brown/tan color. The more you know

Found out I can do a frog stand pose for a second or two. Thats interesting.

Very good meal.

I think I’ve finally got my new shoes broken into. Will use them for running tomorrow. 40 minutes of running, It will be good to run again. Will be 4 laps around my route, which in total is 4 miles. Should be fun.

Bikes out. Back wheel completely flat. I looked closely at the wheel and there were these cracks all over from it being squeezed too much, or something like that. Checked the front wheel too, it wasn’t as bad but… were buying 2 wheels it seems. Oh well.

Got the full white border on my blanket done, I’m working on the green part. After that its sewing in the ends. Then its finally done. My first really big crochet project il have finished.

I’ve been looking to add stomach vacuums as part of a morning routine, but Im not sure what the correct way to do them is. Do I hold my breath? Or am I supposed to keep breathing?

2 strawberries
1/4 sup sunflower seeds (Dont use salted ones in the greek yogurt. I had to keep thinking ā€œThis is good. It is salty Greek yogurt. it tastes like goat cheese, it tastes like goat cheeseā€ so I wouldn’t throw up near the end)

Probably will head for my run in about a half hour.

Ran for 45 minutes, with only a few pauses. That was great. At the start of this there’s no way I would be able to do that. But now, I did it. 4 miles in 45 minutes, not super fast but its ok I guess, I’m not going for speed, after all.
