Zerchers are the Shiznit

Thanks Pete, Bunny and Fischer.

Fischer, I want to be fairly lean and mobile on top of the strength goals. You’re correct I do need to throw in more face pulls, seat dead, etc. Thanks for calling me on it.

Really impressive CGB Eco, I mean damn fine work there.

Thank you Joe. I’m trying.

Great work eco! Hope I’ll see some numbers like that in my own training sometime soon. Keep up the hard work and keep making the gains.

Thanks BB

deadlift 405x3,425x5,455x4
RDL 250 10 reps x 5 sets

Thats all my low back could take today. I can tell I haven’t been stretching lately. My back was real tight right off. Upper back, shoulders and DE bench tomorrow.

Sorry, what I meant to say was:
You may be my long lost better looking brother.

I don’t think so. I think you were both spawned in some pitri dish in the dark, dank basement lab of a mad scientist/ powerlifter… and as children used dumbells as rattles and 45 lb plates as frisbees… and the fridge was turned over on its door and you had to flip it if you wanted to eat. And that was before you hit the ages of 5.

Believe it or not I was the skinniest kid in my class in grammer school. I was under 200 lbs until college. I never looked back after that. Been 250+ for many years now.

Eco

I like your new goals, lean agile and still strong as hell.
Check this kids log out Alphas work, he is a 230 ish pound dude
putting up some pretty decent numbers- with a shit ton of conditioning work

I do some of the same style stuff, on a smaller scale but it is an entirely different approach.

Bunny, great ideas. I think I will implement something like these with my boys…

Just make sure they’re better looking then me.

A1.BB row 135x5,225x5,275x5,315x5,365x2,315x5,275x5,225x10
A2. military press barx20,95x10,115x5,135x5,155x3,175x3,185x3,195x10
B1. DE bench 205 8 sets 3reps
B2. Bowflex pulldown 260 4 set 15 reps, 4 sets 12 reps
C1. leg curl 100 3 sets 5 reps
C2. face pulls 3 sets 15 reps

BB row 365 was the most I’ve ever tried. I cheated like hell for the 2 reps. I was surprise because 315 didn’t feel all that heavy. Also, I really warmed up my shoulders and had no problem with the militaries.

Too late. They were doomed with me as their dad. Fortunately they still have the “kid cute.”

That’s what I’m talking about. You are repping, cheating or not, on bent over rows with what I do half squats with. Nice work…very strong.

Really outstanding BB rows. Mil Presses are looking good, too. Now, about all the good looking guys being bald with gotees…

Nice rows…
I really like the antagonistic stuff,
its been working well for me.

Care to do much in the way of volume, eco? That looks like a shitload! Nice session!
