Zerchers are the Shiznit

Thanks guys. I need to make BB rows a staple part of my training. My lats were burning with the pull downs. I used a lighter weight and pulled down almost touching my chest which really flexed my lats. I rarely feel my lats working but the light pulldowns did it.

A2. military press barx20,95x10,115x5,135x5,155x3,175x3,185x3,195x10
B1. DE bench 205 8 sets 3reps
B2. Bowflex pulldown 260 4 set 15 reps, 4 sets 12 reps
C1. leg curl 100 3 sets 5 reps
C2. face pulls 3 sets 15 reps

BB row 365 was the most I’ve ever tried. I cheated like hell for the 2 reps. I was surprise because 315 didn’t feel all that heavy. Also, I really warmed up my shoulders and had no problem with the militaries.

Care to do much in the way of volume, eco? That looks like a shitload! Nice session![/quote]

Thanks dog! A lot of it was warm up. I moved quickly and took about 45 minutes.

hey eco…didn’t know you had a crush on me…seriously thanks for noticing that I have not been posting regularly…I am more of a lurker than a poster at the moment.

I am counting down to a major project the next 10 days and off for vacation after. There is a chance things would improve after that.

Keep training hard!

FF, cats out of the bag about my feelings for you.

MJ, would you be my trusty side kick ‘sled boy’?

I was thinking more along the lines of “Rowverine”… lol! And seeing as you are an honorary Canuck… that is ok.

Bunny the rabbid rabbit. Able to lift tall buildings in a single pull.

That’s a nice looking workout Eco. And the weights you’re moving are amazing!

Thanks DZ. I’m on vacation next week and plan on several outdoor workouts. You always come to mind when I’m headed outside for one of those workouts.

I’m most likely behind everyone on this one but check out ‘Synthol’ on google images. Its sad what some people will do to get huge.

That is a bit scary. And, yes, sad…

squat 425x5,455x3,500x5
zercher 135x5,225x5

backwards tire drag for a ways

I video taped the 500x5. Get it on here tomorrow night. I used wraps and belt for 500. I was disappointed with my depth. I thought I was deep but after watching the video I’m not sure I broke parallel. I had no gas for zerchers.

No damn wonder. That’s a helluva squat at any depth, Eco. good work

Nice squats eco. Helluva lot of weight!

can’t wait to see the vid of my older, less attractive brother:)

That is a Huge squat.
wow…

eco nice work

500x5, that’s crazy Eco! I’m sure your depth was fine. If the angle of video is not right, it will give the appearance of not being deep.

500 x 5!! Holy poutine! Tabernac! Nice work!

500x5?!?

Jeebus!

I’m glad I hang out here. Sadly, I’m one of the heaviest lifters in my (company) gym, so I’m not surrounded by big guys that keep my ego in check.

Coming here and getting my attitude adjusted is exactly what I need.

Well the video is on my home page. I hope Danjo is right and its a bad angle. I thought I was at least parallel while I was squating. Zerchers, box squats and stretching for me. Please give input to what I should do next.

Damn Eco, you made that look easy. I wish I had input. I’m still in awe. Good job
