The last thread was getting to long.
Time to re-evaluate my lifting goals I would like to reach before I’m 40 (Aug 24,09): deadlift 600, squat 600, pause bench 425 and military press my body weight. Currently I’ve dealifted 550,squated 540, benched 405 and military pressed 235. Also, I’d like to feel more comfortable with front squats and zerchers.

zerchers are the shit- and I prefer the front squat to the back squat.

I’ve been a big fan of Zerchers. They currently aren’t in my rotation but they are the next Quad lift in when I have to drop something.

And if they catch you, depending on what position you use, you can include abs in the mix as well, lol!
I swear I was only doing cardio with her, dear. Thats all it was abs and cardio nothing else, dear. Bunny from Canida said it was ok.

i thought we’ve been over this already. we were not to speak of that night ever again. that was an “experimental” stage. besides, it’s not ghey unless you make eye contact.
