Seriously nice squats, eco. I think I could unrack that much, but if I bent my knees I would hit the floor…lol.
I’m 5’9’’ with a 30 inch pant leg. I don’t have far to squat down. But thank you.
i’m 5’9" and wear 42x30 jeans and they are still long:) yeah… we don’t have very far to go.
Zerches are feeling more natural. My knees and low back have been great lately.
you guys must be look’n in my windows at night. i’ve always secretely wanted to be a runway model.
zerchers are the shit. ever since i started doing them, my lower back pain has gone away. i’m really liking the bottom up front squats i did tonight. they are really hard but i like that.
MM, Zerchers are the shit. Wished I’d have found them sooner. They force me into the correct squatting groove. I can visualize you modeling.Of course its for Elite Fitness or Westside gear though.
KMC, that picture looked like me after a round of sprints last weekend.
Littlestrict, pansy legs…I don’t think so. I’ve read your thread. Any luck moving back on the bench?
Skid, a pant length longer than you waist size. Whats up with that? You most likely are sporting abs as well.
Not yet… I will try the setup when I get home, though. Just to see where it puts me under the bar. It would be a good thing if it fits. My only concern is that I can only get so far down the bench. This is one of those combo benches, with the leg ext./preacher curl setups (strongest one I could find that didn’t cost an arm and leg). I am pressed into the base (frame sticks up about 4" right at the crotch end of the bench) as it is. We’ll see…
On the question os 3 board or CGP if your a RAW lifter stick with the CGP . The shirts help alot in the hole and the tri’s really need to be top overloaded when using shirts so then use a 3/4 board press.
Oh BTW if you really like zercher sqauts there is a bar made by a guy on ebay (xchopper) is seller name - he is the same guy who made my sled- that zercher bar is awesome and cheap.

Starting to feel strong again. My diet is still fairly good but not as strict as it was.Still haven’t drank any booze. If I can stay under 260 I’ll be happy. My wife is out buying my protein powder as I type. She’s good to me some times.

Great work Eco. Thats some kind of strong training, diet or no diet!!
Thanks LS. My bench has been stuck for a long time. Hope this gets it moving again.
KMC, are you a mind reader. I was going to ask if protein powder has this effect on everyone. See if I can get my CGB to 405. I’ve gotten 365 recently. Deads and upper back tonight.

I thought you said you had weak triceps ? WTF!! Good lifting !!
When do you do your back work ? Only on back (deadlift day) If i may I would suggest atleast facepulls with bands to help out your rhomboids/teres minor with all that pressing to keep your rotators happy - not much you can add them in between your 5 sets of 10 or the lockouts - just do them somewhere.
Dude you are strong. You said earlier you are gonna try and catch some guys (me included) - well you left me sometime ago - time for me to go catch you.
What are your aspirations besides your strength goals ?
