Bummer about the shoulder, ECO. Hopefully some of what you are reading will help you out. I can speak for the Cressey stuff as I had problems with any pressing and even curls, as in I couldn’t do them…10 weeks of his stuff and I was on the mend and pressing while I was rehabbing…Good luck.

Been hanging low for a bit. Just read over a lot of the threads. Everyone is so damn strong around here. A doc I work with thinks I have bursitis in the left shoulder. So no pressing of any kind for a couple weeks and a lot of ibuprofin.
Just came across this: nhpowerlifting.x10hosting.com/ Scroll down to raw powerlifting records. I’m that 275lb Steve. This was from my first powerlifting meet (october 2008) where I racked 405 before the rack command and then missed 410. I also totally underestimated my squat and dead maxes. I was surprised to find this because I didn’t even know about it.
Deads tonight. Time to start working on pulling 600.
