Get it checked! There has to be someone at work that can give it a looksee for you. Unless, of course, the docs there are like the ones here…

Thanks Skip. Going to stop pressing all together for a few weeks. Flyes, lateral raises and pushups will have to do for a bit. Not sure how much I’ll be able to workout this coming week so going to do deads tomorrow.

Damn strong on the front squat, Steve. Maybe it’s time to have a professional look at the shoulder. I believe mine was bad form, and an imbalance. Yours sounds a damn sight way more serious. Of course, I DID NOT sleep at a Holiday Inn last night, and I dont pretend to play a doctor on TV.

Wow I was so weak today!! I even had a good nights sleep, good breakfast and a lot of coffee. I barely pulled 495 once and I got 500x7 just a couple weeks ago. Must be fatigued from Friday nights squats.

Eco- The battle is won over time not in a single day. ANd the number of hours spent in hockey rinks factors into the energy left to expend on iron…and the vid of 500x7 is priceless…great stuff…more to come I am sure!!!

405 front squats are extremely adequate.

Not bad. Hurts with the rotator cuff external rotation exercise. I’ve been thinking this shoulder problem may be what I needed. My legs have always taken a backseat to upperbody. But now all my planning is going into squats and deads. Maybe build a big squat and deadlift.

Pete, no problem with front squats. Just bench and MP.

Just hit the gym at work for a quick 4 sets of DB curls supersetted with pushdowns. No one even noticed I was gone. Gonna do some pushups and pullups in a little bit. Get a good arm pump today.
Squat tomorrow night. Want to top last weeks 500x6.

What part of your shoulder is sore? Have you been doing your dislocates? Does Advil help at all?
Does pulling hurt it (rows,pullups)? Otherwise good work on everything else.
