Had a great day. Kids, wife and all the family were happy all day. Pumped I have next week off.Going to try and do some GPP tomorrow.Squats on Sunday.
I spent most of the day building legos with my son. well, he doesn’t let me build, but I get to sort the pieces. did you actually make it in to squat on Sunday? despite the best intentions, I went from dec23 to dec29 without lifting anything.
ECO- the only time my friends pull the same Houdini act is during hockey season when they go rink to rink and beyond…Wishing you an awesome 2010!!!

and… that was meant as a compliment in our twisted little world of strength.
Wish I had a speech ready to accept the ‘ugliest’ award. I would like to first thank God and my parents. And also everyone on the forum who voted for me.
Just got into work after 10 1/2 days off. I haven’t lifted since Christmas. Back at it tonight. Boy am I fat.
No, you are “thick”, people in Wal-Mart are fat.

i go to walmart all the time…
oh wait.
Joe, I’ll take being called thick over fat any day! Thanks.
Wilson, any training will be good compare to what I’ve been doing. Hopefully in 2010 I’ll give you some training interesting to read about.
Scott, how may kids do you have? Just the one little girl? Didn’t spoil her at Christmas did you?
Don’t try and change the subject. Get back to lifting.

yeah…one little one. she’s three and has me wrapped around her little finger. the sun rises and sets with her. there’s your answer about Christmas.
Sorry Harry. Back to lifting tonight.
Scott, kids make the holidays much better. Glad to read you spoiled her.
Started a new thread. This one’s to long.
Steve you commented in another thread about mixing 2 programs together - well the 1 new program on the block does follow exactly the same idea on the main lifts. Ramp up every week like 70-75-80 next week , 73-78-82 next week, 77-82-86, next week, 82-87-91 - deload a week.then start over same scheme just add 4 to your first week numbers and work up from there. another 4 weeks deload . add 5 to all numbers follow same progression then hit the big 100% baby or more.
Top set of each week go for broke on the money set.
PM sent.
