Thanks Barry. I do rack pulls regular but off the floor it has to be sumo. My back can’t pull regular style off the floor.

Really disturbing thing happened to me today. My neighbors 8 year old son had his first seizure at my place around 5 pm today. He was hanging out with my kids and collapsed while I was talking to him. He was white as hell and looked like he was dead. Called 911 while my wife held his legs up. He was totally out for a minute or more. I’ve known this kid since he was 6 months old and to see him like that is something I don’t want to repeat.
Great damn lifting. Very impressive. As for your neighbors kid, the good thing is you responded and didn’t freakout. You handled it and that’s what counts.

Unlike the intelligent lifters on this forum my unintelligent deload has turned into no lifting at all. Back at it tomorrow night. Will follow 5/3/1 for squats, deads and cleans. All pressing movements will be ones that don’t hurt the shoulder. There will be a lot more rows and chins. Back to the eggs,meat,fruit and salad eating today. I feel sluggish after this long weekend of boozing and stuffing my face.
