Very blah workout. Just went through the motions. I made a GHR with the peacher curl attachment to my bench. Needs a little more padding but I think it will work.
Wednesday I was reading the Dieselcrew web site and tried some of their hip mobility stuff. I ended up killing my knees and back so last night I wasn’t to excited to squat. The damn cossak squat(deep lateral squat) stretch did most of the damage so don’t try it. Enough crying.
Yeah the only thing blah about that training would be if I tried to walk out those weights. Then all the people around me would go “BLAH!” when it stapled me.
Joe I’m with you, I would be like a Bud can under a mack truck…ECO you are insane ( in good way)…So here is to hoping I get to BLAH or maybe just BL and forget the AH!! Nasty squats brother.
