I flew through these workouts. A lot of super sets. Only a little shoulder pain with the bradford press. Feels good getting all pumped up.

When you get all pumped up like that does your inner beauty still shine through? Or is it blocked from the swollness? Good work Steve.

Very blah workout. Just went through the motions. I made a GHR with the peacher curl attachment to my bench. Needs a little more padding but I think it will work.

Looks pretty stout for a “blah” workout. Front squats are a tough finisher after repping out back squats.

that’s the heaviest “blah” i ever seen. no wait… that’s the heaviest and most “blah” reps i’ve seen. i would have been blahhhh barfing.

Wednesday I was reading the Dieselcrew web site and tried some of their hip mobility stuff. I ended up killing my knees and back so last night I wasn’t to excited to squat. The damn cossak squat(deep lateral squat) stretch did most of the damage so don’t try it. Enough crying.

yeah, if you try the lateral squat lunge thingies again you will probably grow a vagina. so dont do it.

just catching up. that was awesome work on the pulls and the squats baby. I may need to grow a van dyke, it obviously makes you guys stronger…

I forgot to explain I left 12 reps in the tank. Didn’t want to overtrain.

Yeah the only thing blah about that training would be if I tried to walk out those weights. Then all the people around me would go “BLAH!” when it stapled me.
