bradford press 135x10-20 reps 5 sets super set w/laterl-front raises
bowflex shld press 5 sets
1.chin BWx6,5,5
2.bowflex flyes 160x12,10,10
1.tri ext dbs 50’s x 6,6,6
2. str bar curls 85x10,10,10
I’m an upper body bodybuilder now. Just doing things that don’t hurt.

You taking any Aleve or Advil? I think the antiinflamatory and the ytwl really helped me. PLUS it seems the way I had to set up on the old gym’s bench had a huge impact. Keep it up Eco, you will work the pain out sooner or later.

Way you guys keep changing thread names I can’t find yawl. 10x10 on the rows hurt to read. Your work outs are looking deceptively simple til you think about the volume and the weight. Kinda/sorta along the lines of Mentzer’s 1 set to failure.
