Bunny, instead of an ab wheel I use a weighted olympic bar. I get on my knees (no comments please) grab the bar and start rolling out and back. It really works the abs, lats, and tris.
Joe, the toughest part of yesterday was low back pain. By my last set of squats my low back was toast.
Feeling some DOMS today in the low back and inner thighs. But I like it. Going to try 10x10 tonight with CGB and BB rows to give the shoulder a rest from heavy weights. If I can’t bench heavy I may as well do some bodybuilding.
It takes a surprisingly long time to do 10x10 and I was moving quickly. My shoulder ached for the first 2-3 sets of bench then it was fine. I did YTWL,rotator cuff and face pulls three times today.
I’m pumped the 10x10 worked so well last night. It may be a staple for me until I’m 100%. I may also try 15x5 sets or something similar. I’m just happy I can do some sort of bench press.

Damn good lifting Eco. And those squats and Zerchers… SSSHHIITTT… that makes me hurt just reading it
This weekend the kids hockey games are all local so I hope to get some good workouts in. Cardio(complex or bike) tonight, squats tomorrow and MPs Sunday.
ECO- stop by your thread often, I have nothing to say… the numbers you and guys like Pete put up are so far beyond what my little brain can comprehend that I usually look at the screen and go…DAMN!
