your quads must be, like, huge braaa!!! anything over 3 reps on squats or deads is high reps to me. i’m not sure i even do a total of 12 reps on all my working sets:) you are a bigger man than me. i hate the burn.

Thanks guys. My short legs (30 length pants) really help with the squat. Sunday I will finish the rest of last nights workout. So little time during the week for working out.

Good rep work Steve. I had a phase a couple of years ago where I got all fixated on high rep squats. They are grueling. Best I ever hit was 405 x 19. Just couldn’t get it to the 20 rep mark. Maybe I will give it a run again sometime in the near future.

Damn left shoulder was one fire today. Guess I didn’t warm up enough. I wanted to be the first to do rows with a 150 lb db. Put 6-25’s on the db handle. Heavy as hell.

I’d have butt lock for a week if I went 425x12. I’m afraid to do any high reps on squats. I just can’t go out and face all those stairs the next few days after. All your lifts are looking great. 150# db row? Damn!

My occassional PL gym goes up to I believe 185s. Its a road trip just to do some rows, but whatever. Maybe I will find some big uns in Chicago Thanksgiving weekend.

I spent close to ten hours yesterday traveling and watching the kids play hockey. So there was no lifting. I’m hoping to do zerchers off pins tonight and rep out some light squats. Great Monday to all.

Tried to negate any stretch reflex with pin zerchers. The 5 sets x 10 with 315 was tough. Really felt beat after squats. Happy its over and I’m sitting down.
