The fat bar sounds diesel. I am going to have to give it a try.
I’m going to do direct arm work tonight (gasp) with the new bar. See if I can’t get my forearms all pumped up. I want to try some fat bar zerchers this weekend. I feel like a kid with a new toy.

Seems like fat-bar Zerchers would be easier on the forearms/elbows…

I did several sets of curls,reverse curls and lying tri ext with the fat bar just now. Definitely can’t handle as much weight but felt good.

we will be doing full ROM zerchers tomorrow as our supplemental squat variation. should be fun. i’ve only done the really heavy, off the pin type.
arm work and stuff is fun and all, just don’t go all bodybuilder on us.
I’m doing zerchers and squats tomorrow. Been doing chins and pushups between patients this morning. Lats are feeling much better but the left shoulder aches even with pushups. Have to really get on the ball and do all the shoulder rehab stuff (thanks JW for the info).

A lot of sarcastic answers came to mind but you’re much stronger then me so I thought the truth would be best. I do adult ultrasounds of hearts and the carotid arteries.
I somehow had an image out of One Flew Over, but all the patients were members of this forum. Imagine Meat in hospital robe getting ready for a heavy squat:)
Anyone of the guys on this forum in an insane rage could really do a lot of damage.
Not that its a lot but I got in 50 chins and 100 pushups today. I can’t workout tonight because my youngest has a hockey game. Looking forward to zerchers tomorrow with the new bar (really just a glorified 2’’ pipe).

Very satisfying workout yesterday and a huge turkey dinner last night with family over. I couldn’t have planned it any better. Wish I had more days like that.
