315x20 would have left me in a heap puking my guts out. Last semester I learned that extreme puking, like I would have, would cause me to have low potassium and metabolic alkalosis.

High rep squat are sheer brutality. Nice work.

Awesome set eco. That hurts to think about…so I won’t. Some quick math and I figured out that I can do 315# 20 times as well…but it would have to span 7 sets :slight_smile:

Thanks guys. Once again I have no idea what I’m doing or want to do. Get big, get strong, cut up…I change my mind every day. I’ll just keep lifting and see where it goes. I won’t be cutting today. There’s birthday cake and food for me in the office today. Birthday is on monday. Going to Foxwoods and play some cards sunday and monday.

Not quite my 40th. But thank you guys. Two more days.

rack pull 495 2 sets x 15 reps
1.push up variations(incline,on dbs,close grip,etc) total of 72 reps
2.chin up BWx6,5,4,3,2,1 21 total reps

The first sets of rack pulls was tough but the second really had my hams burning. Next chin up session I’ll start with 7 reps and work down to 1.

Does that say 15 sets of 495x15?

Thanks JT. High rep squats and rackpulls are killers. Be carefull doing them. I hurt my back with the rackpulls the other day. I am only starting to walk pain free now.

Turned 40 today. I only cried a little. Played poker for almost 24 hours at Foxwoods yesterday into today. Only took bathroom breaks and a dinner break. Driving home for 2.5 hours was a blur. I play low stakes texas holdem ,the 1-2 nl and 2-4 limit, but won about 400 dollars. Going to sleep like a baby tonight.
