I just bought two bottles of the curcumin 500. Reading some of the post on ‘nutrition and supp’ forum and Hel’s thread got me wanting to see if this will help my knee and back pain. I’ll post my results.

KMC, I’ll have to try to andersen front squats. Have you found yourself a new training partener?
Reading some the threads and find a lot of people with joint pain(Barry’s knees, Pete’s elbow). I have quite a bit of knee and back pain myself. So I ordered two bottles of Curcumin 500 yesterday. It should be arriving Monday. I’ll post if it helps.
Just got my Top Squat in the mail. Gave it a try but my legs ache so bad I couldn’t do much. I’m going to use it for GMs tomorrow.

The new piece of equipment made GMs very comfortable. I’ll see how it does with squats and lunges next wednesday.

JT, it was a beautiful day. Around 80, no humidity, sunny. Had a neighborhood cookout and am nursing a buzz right now.

it’s amazing how shorter training sessions and plenty of rest can make you stronger:) simple… just seems too simple doesn’t it?![]()

My Curcumin 500 has arrived today. I’ll be taking it as soon as I get home. I hope it takes care of a couple nagging joint pains I have.
I turn 40 on the 24th. I’m thinking about having a minipower meet on the 23rd. I would really like to pull 600 and bench 425. Fat chance on the bench but the deadlift may be possible. I’d be happy with a 415 bench.
