Not as much as more deadlifting and regular squatting. But they help develop the primary movers in those lifts, so sure, they do help. Years ago, I used to do them all the time, and my lifts were going up. I stopped doing them, and my lifts kept going up. That’s not the only factor of my training that changed, so I can’t quantify how much Zerchers were helping. This is just my experience with them.
