I do these with palm facing the weight, not with a closed fist. Will up the volume of heavy sets next week.

those tate presses raped my tris. Couldn’t use anywhere close to a heavy poundage with these. didn’t keep track.

as far as benching goes, better then ever. We’ll see how I feel with lower body shit when I start doing box squats. I don’t feel like good mornings are going to hit my whole lower body enough to tell. I feel fucking great when I’m in the weightroom. I’ve PRed on both ME movements. As far as losing weight goes, I’m about 200 pounds right now, and I’m only really sleeping 3 hours a night on school nights, and I fucking crash on the weekends after going out. I feel like shit, and the sleep I get is fucking terrible sleep. I’ve been living in a fog for the last year and I fucking hate it. I can’t remember shit that happened five minutes ago half the time. And a lot of my personal relationships are suffering because I don’t give a fuck about other people because I feel so shitty.
Hopefully me-20pounds of fat will be better. I’m not even going to fuck with what I eat at first, I’m just going to do the eliptical every session I can.

My partner should be back lifting with me soon. He’s video man and he had to lift at fucked up times because his brother had practice and his parents didn’t want to drive ther 2 times extra per day because they live like 20-30min away
My stance on Gms is slightly wider and toes aren’t pointed out as much.

no. Intiallly I’m going to do shoulder prehab and eventually use them for squats/deads when I’m too sick of the tate program to keep using it.

Sorry guys. I was in the weightroom for half an hour, and only got too do GMs. And I failed terribly at those, becuase I couldn’t keep my back arched.
I couldn’t do any other of the assistance work because there were at least 346344572453 people in the weightroom today. with 2 of them actually doing stuff. I almost bashed the xc coaches head in with a 45 when after politely asking him to let me squat in the rack he was curling 55 in, he told me to wait, every other squat rack had football players doing 1"(not even fucking kidding) knee bends.

I’m telling my powerlifting coach what’s up. There were people not doing stuff on every piece of equipment I needed, and on the floor doing nothing laying on mats in front fo the equipment I needed. All of these people decided me asking them politely to move was me being an asshole. I’ll be lifting at our rival highschool (weight room not as crowded) for now. It’s worth spending an extra 10-20 on gas a week to not have to deal with this bullshit.
So basically I’ll be at the other school starting tomorrow. I believe our very own Dre lifts there, and apparently one of the football players there has cleaned 275 x15 with good form. I’m going to miss the 2-3 older ex powerlifter guys but I can’t put up with this shit anymore.
