SH are the one arm presses bench or overhead presses?

one arm overheads are fucking sexy looking.

can I pull heavy on week 9(testing week)? Why are the submaximum box squats on weeks I already box squat heavy? IS there a reason for the DB ball bench pressing right before test week? I’m not really a fan of busting my shit on a stability ball, can I just do regular RE pressing?

I just don’t want to fuck anything up.

You can’t pull heavy on week 9, you’ll overload your cns

you’re doing the submaximum box squats because you’re peaking, and it’s not to max out, it’s to hit about 70% bar weight

the stability ball is to help your shoulders

the one arm shoulder press is for shoulder stability

You shouldnt be doing full ROM benching all the time. I think soon or a later youll stop making progress.
