ha, I’m hoping for a 445 at the end of coan DL. That may not happen however as that bar is really fucking high. I’m supposed to do my old pr+15 pounds for a double next week.

Soon, I think. I grinded 295 last time. Deffinately trying 300 on thursday. In all honesty, I think the leg press is helping A LOT even after just 2 weeks of using it. I think It’ll be a mainstay in my routine. I’m also hitting several prs a week again, so life is good.

I’m going to reincorperate cable rows again after the c-p deadlift cycle is over. I want to be able to diet to sub 14% @181 when I cut for my powerlifting meets. I weigh right around 185 still, I’ll weigh myself again tomarow. I think 195-200ish will be a good point to diet from.
edit: I think I’m between 18-20% bodyfat right now. I’ll post a torso shot sometime in the next few days. And it deffinately won’t be pretty. I want the 315 squat, 425+ deadlift, and a 225 bench or floor press before I diet.
I’ve been eating really shitty the last few days. All I ate today was 2 meals of beef and milk, pizza, cytogainer, and a few eggs. I’ve been kinda sick though too. I’m going to bring the food back into full gear when I get paid.
zephead, i decided to try the cycle to to bring my deadlift from 405 (conservative max) to 450 lol
i wont do the circut though since ill be lifting at home, ill still do all those exercises just one at a time completeing allsets before moving on

Had a question about the gainer. I just ordered 12 lbs of it, never tried it before, some people here at T-Nation are not huge on gainer shakes. I just have a hard time getting my calories in through solid food without feeling sick 24/7. What is your experience with this?

cytogainer kicks ass, I’ve only bought vanilla shake. If you try any of the other flavors, tell me how they are. Vanilla shake literally tastes like a vanilla shake. Always mix in milk, it tastes great.
However if you need a cheaper one, ISOMASS is really fucking cheap. It tastes like ass though.

Zep, you got it. I bought two jugs, one chocolate mint and one cookies n cream. The complete whey cookies n cream was good, and the plain chocolate is good too. Strawberry banana is a little fruity for my tastes but still not horrible. Ill let you know how they are. Thanks again.

I read in arnold’s book that knee wraps take’s pressure off the knees. Plus when I bruised my meniscus in football I wasnt suppose to squat for 2 months, but I used the wraps and were able to do them in 3 weeks.
zep: on the coan cycle think it would be ok if one i did pullups instead of pulldowns (have no where to do pulldowns) and two for powershrugs what if i can do more than the cycle recommends because i love shrugging and i do it alot and i can hit 315 for like 5 and it wants me to do like 245 or something

Oh yeah, I tried cookies and cream too. If you like that vanilla shake is even better.
