Deadstop skullcrusher/pullovers from either the floor behind your head when lieing down, or behind your head on a bench. They are easier on the elbows IMO. I can’t do regular skullcrushers.

mmmmmm, have you tried them on a decline, not going to the skull but to pretty far behind the head? those dont stress my elbows nearly as much as regular flat skull crushers and i can use more weight as well

Personally, in my limited experience, I find if I can reach the whole “alone in a crowded gym” state of mind, I can use my outside stress to improve my lifts. But if I can’t block out the shit going on around me… fogetaboutit.
But yeah, life stress is a bitch, what cha gonna do?

It’s not even just the stress, it’s the getting 4 hours of sleep being a lot for me on a school night, it’s waking up at at 5:45 every morning, it’s getting fucked over with food, etc. I don’t have the recovery abilities I had during the summer.

I’m aware. Life has been one hell of a drag recently, and it’s affecting my gym performance. It’s not even that I’m not busting the same amount of ass I was during summer, it’s just that I’m worn down. I’ve got some protein on the way so that makes me happy, and lets me improve my recovery a little bit more, which should help.
