Zack Khan - Injured Man Walking

Bump

BBB did some treatment on him, recently.

My link violates the TOS on here, you can check the video #39 on his blog.

New blog is excellent, good work both of you.

Haha… Thats crazy BBB, he makes you look small and I know you are anything but small.

Absolute madness…

BBB: Good job mate!

I see Zack gets one of your t-shirts but I don’t!
I’ve passed Zacks gym a lot recently but I’ve not seen him training yet.

Zack looks enormous there!

Naaaaaah it’s an illusion! BBB is just small :stuck_out_tongue:

lol he actually looks like he’s lost a considerable amount of size. Hope his injury rehab is going well and he can get back to it ASAP! Good stuff bushy.

Hey BBB,
How’s everything going with Zack?

great move helping ZK,respect.

PS; nothing wrong (imo) with ZK accent, intellegible 110% ,the same for BBB (not so closed accent like south english, remember one agents of mine from UPTON,can’t catch a word LOLOLLO)

This is the latest video from Zack’s “Road to Recovery” series. It looks like he’s getting stronger.

He’s actually on Episode 71 of the series. In that episode, he benched 484 for 3 or 4 easy reps, a few of them paused. His upper body development and strength is just ridiculous.

Cool, BBB.

As a tangential:
when did you turn around to see/use prolotherapy as an effective rehab/regen tool?
Last time we spoke about this you were kinda skeptical regarding its potential efficacy.

FTR: I’ve benefitted a great deal from prolotherapy, I’m just curious about what changed your mind.

When I saw him in person at the Brits (october) his upper body was very much developed and ‘on par’ with his status as ‘ex-champ, still hungry’.

Couldn’t see his legs really. We chatted and he’s up for me trying out some prolotherapy on him. He’s happy to come down to my clinic in the New Year. I didn’t realise he was squatting again, as I thought he was waiting to have some fluid drained out of the knee. However, I suspect/hope that the action of squatting will assist in his recovery, but also pray that he doesn’t overdo it.
