I feel your pain. I have a 28 inch waist, and nearly all jeans size 30 or smaller are fucking skinny jeans for guys with no ass or quads. My legs aren’t huge but I have only found two styles that fit me because of it. [/quote]

One word: lulemon

This is a huge problem of mine as well. I don’t have super-big quads in comparison to some posters here, but I still have a hard time finding anything in the 31 waist range that isn’t built for manorexics.

It doesn’t help, of course, that the European brands understandably make jeans for Europeans, who are generally a bit svelter than North Americans. But the skinny jeans look has to go; apart from fitting problems for anyone who is remotely athletic, I really don’t like the look from an aesthetic perspective.

What brands of jeans/pants have you people had luck with? I’ve found Pierre Cardin to be pretty good, but they aren’t the most stylish. They still make good “office jeans”.

lol @ irony on these forums. Like MM said normal or relaxed fit with a waist 2 inches bigger than your actual waist. losing fat helps significantly as well

Why would anyone want to wear jeans with a waist 2" bigger than your actual waist? That’s the point of looking for jeans that ACTUALLY fit.

Cause you got a Glock 19 IWB that’s why… come on man!! lol

I normally go with these type of performance pants

I always wear clean underwear. In case I die or have to go to the emergency room. Or need a bandage.

Tall socks when deadlifting, shorter socks when squatting so that the tops don’t touch my Rehbands.

Fair enough point man, I’ll agree completely. In that case it’s easy to find jeans that fit, just go up a size or two in the waist.

I usually wear which ever gym shorts hanging out of my hamper stink the least.

Even on squat day?

That’s funny! Actually, right before I posted I edited out the sentence where I noted the 2 times since 1970 where the aforementioned clean underwear became otherwise whilst I was squatting.

How’d you know?!?!?!?!?
