I was just wondering what everyone’s Personal top 5 favorite supplements are, and if you want, what the worst supplements you’ve tried are (and why).

Dexadrine :S (dang ADHD) - makes eating hard!

edit: my number 1 is due to the realization that i am stabbing myself in the foot more than i thought i was with my eating habits. it’s now a personal goal to get myself eating clean 90+% of the time. my thanks go out to B rock

also had success with a generic brand ZMA, some test boosters seem to work on me. and HOT-ROX worked but its too expensive for me at the minute.
