my sldl has stalled. fixing it but i am not gonna hit 455x5, maybe 455x1. i am up to the 105’sx6 on DB bench. I haven’t OH pressed in a while using a BB but i am up to the 85lb DB’sx3. my knees are feeling well so i just started to front/back squat again. I should hit 225x5. still have 2.5 months to hit these goals.

thanks bud! my arms are pathetic though, trust me. haha. I am just shy of 220lbs, my goal is to hit 250 by next summer and i should do that. i have gained 10lbs in the past 5 weeks. 17lbs total since i started this bulk.

No problem. I thought of it when I got on my scale this morning and weighed in at 240 post shit, pre-breakfast for like the 5th day in a row. Now I won’t weigh myself for like 6-8 weeks. I had to search back like 18 pages in my post history to find it, lol.

I’m just surprised more people aren’t posting results. (Although I’m aware some of these guys don’t’ post here anymore.)

Damnn, i remember whn i first got my 225DL, i felt like DA MANNNN, then i found T-Nation and found out that 99& of the members do warm ups with that weight.

Actually went up to a 420DL.

This should be attainable. a solid 217 morning weight now and on the rise.

Have gotten 315 x 7, but I don’t think 405 is gonna happen. Maybe by mid 2010 though.

Don’t we all get a lil greedy with our pressing number goal… lol. I’ll be happy with 3 solid reps, then maybe 1 more with the help of a spotter. Currently at 275 x 6.

Stopped front squatting. 335 x 3-4 or so was my best I think.

Hmmm this will be a tough one. Currently at 605 x 4.

At 16 2/3 in. Working on it. Fuck my arms.

I can hit 225 x 5 even on a bad day, so I think this is just about in the bag.

I didn’t post my goals here, I mentioned them here and there in BoI but that vanished… I’ll chime in on summer progress anyways though:

Rehabbed a groin and got my squat back above 405(hit 405x3)
Finally hit 3 plates on bench(315x1 just this week)
Broke 500 DL(back to the floor after a couple months of rack pulls and it is flying up)
Arms looking much better since I started 2x a week training(need to get tape to measure them, bicep stretch marks look weird, thanks BBB for suggestions regarding my wrist/forearm issue you’re awesome)

As for remaining accountable for things I haven’t done so well: my bodyweight has stalled big time at the 205 range again depending on the day(although I look much better than the last time I got here), my diet slips on non training days and that’s unacceptable.

Lat movements don’t seem to be going anywhere, pulldowns/pullups are pretty stagnant, might be time to finally worship at the church of rack chins, or find a gym with HS Pulldowns, or both.

Shoulder numbers are struggling, I recently switched to military pressing from SHIP’s though so we’ll if that brings new growth.

so i am changing my front squat goal to 225x10 by news years

flat DB’d benched today: 95’s x9 100’sx7 105’sx4. I still don’t think i should try the 110’s yet, but soon, i will.

my stiff leg deadlift won’t go above 365x2. pissing me off. maybe i will work on rack pulls and see where that takes me

hmm looking at the goals I set awhile ago I have acheived some and forgotten about others.

lat pulldown - I can do the stackx10x2
my arms are closer too 19 inches than 18 at the moment
my calves have grown about an inch(Not much)
haven’t db benched in weeks, last time I did it I hit the 110’sx10
bent over rows I hit 150kgx8 last time I did it, now I’m focusing more on width and length of my lats
db rows a month or two ago was 120x12

Check on the weight gain. I’m between 232 and 235 depending on high or low carb day.

My arms still suck. They’re 16.5". They’re the most stubborn body part. My calves grew almost an inch from calve raises once a week. Working my arms twice a week gave me a quarter inch.

Couldn’t get 315 twice. The 1st rep was cake but the 2nd wouldn’t go up.
Can curl 125x6 so close but no cigar.
Got front squat up to 245x3 easily but tore my ACL and meniscus so all bets are off on that one.

Got the calories but about 25 grams a day short on protein. Averaged about 325 a day.

I’d give my self a C+ overall.
