When I first got my stretchmarks, I wasn’t happy, and put cocoa butter on 'em before bed. Never really did very much,… of course over time (16 years later! -lol), they have faded quite a bit and are barely noticable unless you know to look for them.

I had to cut back alot on drinking. I also wack-off a lot less. It kills my energy and motivation if I do it before I go to the gym. And heavy, exhausting workouts kill my motivation for wacking-off.
Basketball, tennis, running…all things I can go back to some day. Friends, unfortunately, as a byproduct of not going out boozing. Body fat.

I am all for bulking up, but I tend to think the point that you get winded walking 40 feet is about the time to put the breaks on and add some cardio.
