Your Opinion - Pro Goal

Hey Guys…I just finished my second figure competition this past April and plan to do another in November. I did fairly well in my last comp placing 2nd in Figure Short, and 3rd place in Figure Open and 35+ and there were 7 to 8 girls in each category I was in. I’d like to know your opinions on what I need to bring up or lean down if I ever want to get my Pro Card.

My abs didn’t really come in this time around like they did in my first comp, (I will post pics of those as well) I gained some lean mass between my first and second comp but dieted to hard and too long on my first…YOur feedback is appreciated…

The green suit is from my last comp in April and red suit is first comp from last year

1st comp last June 2009

The pics came out too small to make a worthwhile assessment. Make them bigger and I’m sure people will be happy to help.

Trying to make it bigger

Hopefully bigger?

your arms & shoulders are definitely your best points! You’ve got some great calf potential, keep hitting them hard & shaping them, a lot of hypertrophy is the only way! Your back looks good, could use a bit of improvement with the inner & lower back, some close grip seated pulls & face pulls should take care of that. Your abs appear to be a matter of diet, more lower obliques will really make them POP.

Also, I’m not sure if it’s just the angle of the picture but your left quad seems to be a bit bigger than the right? Try to get a little more separation in the legs (both quads & hammies).

Overall You’re looking great, keep working & you’ll definitely achieve your goals.

Thank you for your feedback Pdub…I’m working very hard on getting as much lean mass on me as I can. I’m working with a Coach so hopefully he will get me up to par…I’ll have to check out that quad variation…Hmm…never noticed before  Thanks.

Like I said, could just be the angle of the photo.
