squat 10, 8, 6

walking lunges 3 trips

I wasn’t the most educated on splits in high school…this one made me vomit a lot

Spent all day trying to make weight for nationals (rowing) got up to the start line and threw up orange projectile vomit in the coxswains face (person that steers the boat) within the first 20 strokes. I had glucose tablets/waffers/vitamins/honey right before the race trying to get some quick acting glycogen in me. Miserable for me, worse for her, I think she got some in her mouth.
Did you win?[/quote]
Nope sure didn’t. Didn’t do poorly, just didn’t win.
I always feel like I am going to puke after doing my 3rd set of deads, squats, and hack squats but I never have.
The last time I actually puked from physical activity was like 11 years ago doing a bunch of 20yard sprints.

rugby training… doing these things called “disciple runs”
Basically the whole team runs round and round the pitch in a big long line at half pace… the person at the back sprints to the front. when they get there the person who is now at the back sprints to the front. we were doing this with about 30 people so the sprint was long.
the coachs pretty much went until 2 or 3 people threw up.

Heh, We do those down here in Kiwi land too. Cool to see the same tricks used despite our countries being so far apart.
My workout started with power cleans, 3 working sets x10 reps.
Heavy squats, ended that w/ 20 reps of 225.
Then 5, 100m hill sprints.
Thats the closest ive come.
