Just got to this today. Me: 6’4. BW 201 lbs. Age: 48

In the order that I decided to do them

Bench: 13
Curls: 20
Chin ups: 15
Dips: 17
OHP: 20

Total: 85
I am kinda built for curls and rows, with long ape arms. I knew that the BP was going to be hardest. I was shocked at my curls. I really could have kept going.

Oh, my training is a somewhat eclectic mix of BB and CF with some other stuff thrown in.
