BW lately is around 243

Bench 1x bodyweight
Squat 2x bodyweight
DL 2x bodyweight
Do 5 or 10 Pull/Chinups

OH squatting bodyweight is looking attractive.

Get anything under 15% bf (i’d be happy with 14.99999).

Fight again (probably july)
Result goals in order:
Go the distance
Win the fight
Win by KO

Fight MMA & Thai rules bouts (at least 1 of each).

don’t have any long long term goals but my goals for 2005 are:

In one workout session…
Squat 400x4
Bench 300x10
Dead 500x4
1.5 mile run in 12 minutes or less.

To look like Steve Reeves w/ a 20 inch difference between my chest/back to waist.

Dips w/ 100 lbs. for 20 reps.
Three step 50 inch vertical.
10 sec. on the negative chin w/ 100lbs. for 8 reps.

10kg pull-up: 18reps
bodyweight pistols: 25+25
40kg Kettlebell military press: for reps

Reach my BW goal 120 by Apr 19, will make it with 10 and counting.

Bench my BW w/o my shoulder feeling like it is going to explode.

I haven’t attached numbers to my goals because my goal is to lift more than last time consistently. Maybe down the road I define that in numbers. Right now I’m fixated on my BF % and have been for the last 2 years.
Pass all 6 portions of my anual work physical eval with flying colors, little over halfway there on that one.

Bench 130 (kg) raw
Squat 180 (kg) no no no

Decrease BF to 8 10%

Resist chocolate and all forms of food nastiness.

I will be satisfied if i can get these in this time frame under my current routine (CPT).

I know its not long term, but with my attention span it may as well be a century.

My long term goal is to speed-break two 3 inch wooden targets with my 1 inch punch. Lee is my idol.
