Reach my BW goal 120 by Apr 19, will make it with 10 and counting.
Bench my BW w/o my shoulder feeling like it is going to explode.

Look like I don’t need help loading my groceries.
I haven’t attached numbers to my goals because my goal is to lift more than last time consistently. Maybe down the road I define that in numbers. Right now I’m fixated on my BF % and have been for the last 2 years.
Pass all 6 portions of my anual work physical eval with flying colors, little over halfway there on that one.
