Squats, always the ability to push a little hard at a sticking point

QFT. And squatting of course.
Bench.
cuz its fun benching more than the brosephs who only do bench and curlz.
Deads, because I’m good at them (relatively anyway).

military press = olympic lift?[/quote]
yes.
Deadlifts…not my best lift but still my favorite
I’m going with rrjc here, Squats in briefs.
A second would mos def be box squats, They require so much form and they suck so bad theyre almost enjoy
Squat > anything in life
I would have said Squat all the way up to my Last session but now the Deadlift has attracted my undying attention !
Compared to other exercises these 2 stand on their own on their ability to make you feel fantastic if you make it or extremely pissed if you dont !

yes.
Well on these grounds I say my favorite lift is the barbell curl. A classic powerlifting movement.
squat
bench
dead
even though my squat sucks and I rarely do them, I still love the feel of the bar across my back. I dont compete in full meets anymore so squats are just for fun… benching and associated lifts are still “training”
Squat rack curls! Nothing gets me going like throwing a pair of 10 lb plates on either side of a barbell and curl like there’s no tomorrow while everybody waits to squat!
Pure heaven.
Power Shrugs for distance

Just curious, does anybody have a favorite lift out of the big three? My personal favorite is the deadlift. Nothing shows raw power like the deadlift.

Deadlift for sure, but i like the standing overhead press anymore.
That would be the big 4!
Deadlifts:
You don’t need a spotter.
I sometimes get to see stars.
It’s my biggest lift.
Squats are a close second and then Bench.
All three are equally awesome and fun, but I would say the squat has been pissing me off for a while due to knee issues.

I know the feeling of seeing stars. It’s euphoric. I’m not very good at bench, but I’ll see stars every once in a while because I get all tightened up, hold my breath, and then my head looks like it’s about to explode.
Love deadlifts. My best lift! ![]()
First off, Skwaatzz are for losers. Bench press… don’t get me started on that waste of a movement. Deadlifts are girls or for really large men with beards, badass beards(which I find sexually attractive… NO HOMO of course).
Second, Brozzzz’s Cable kurlz to failure is the best lift, hands down! The pump and muscle contraction uncomparable. Follow that with a few pronated bent elbow mirror stares(out of your league… I know) best work out of you life, I can barely gel my hair and put on all my fresh Ed Hardy gear.
