Sessions run from 90 minutes to 120 minutes for me. I like training 3x/week, hitting the whole body repeatedly. Managed maintain or add muscle (modestly) and improve body comp while on a slight calorie deficit (Iām doing the Primer 52 diet, as well).
Every time I think about switching to something else after this, I get pre-partum anxiety. Iām strongly considering making it my go-to program when not doing a specialization routine.
