About The Best Damn High Volume Workout Plan for Natties

Hi coach.
I’m an intermediate lifter (age 38), training for 8 years with a Wendler approach, but i have two questions about this interesting plan.

  1. The three-block progression (and the relatives set x reps schemes) should be applied to ALL the exercise of each workout or just to the first compound movement/machine?

  2. Do you consider this program a good idea to restart after a light injury and a medium period of inactivity (like a reconditioning phase) or should be better a program to achieve a strenght base first (like a 5x5 plan)?
