You Can Do It!

Just a message to encourage beginners. Anything is possible so don’t aim low. If you want you can become much stronger than the average man no matter where you start. You can gain impressive size and definition at the same time. You can increase your confidence, success and sense of achievement and progression. In as little as a year you can be amazed at how far you have have come if you simply make little improvemernts over time.

Patience, persistance, hard work, dedication as well as increasing your knowledge of how to apply yourself in your endeavours will lead to improvement to a level you may at first see as unreachable.

Believe me you may find many frustrastions at times and the goals you set may be setback by injuries. Poor training knowledge and a poor diet may get in the way. My encourgement is stick with it, and you may be suprised where or how far you come.

Very true. Learn first and foremost proper form. The amount of weight you move is secondary to moving it safely. Injuries are usually deserved. If I can lift for 50 years without a significant weight lifting injury that caused an interuption in my training, you can too. You can’t grow big if you can’t lift due to an ignorance-based injury. And those connective tissue injuries stay with you for LIFE.
