Yoke and Farmers Walk Exercises

Does anyone know how to make one of those yokes that Poliquin describes on his site? For the farmers walk I use a thick pair of dumbbells. Sometimes a use a couple of buckets filled with sand. It’s a terrific exercise for grip, rhomboids, traps, torso, and calfs.I wanted to try the yoke exercise but don’t have the finances to purchase the device. Any suggestions. What results has anyone achieved by these exercises?

Just take a barbell, loadit up with plates, get in position to squat and just walk around the gym with it. just be really careful when you have to make a turn. I try to set up two racks facing each other so I dont hve to make any turns. This is the closest think to using a yoke. Unless you know someone that works with metal, your never going to find one of those things. Also using a trap bar for farmers walks has been really effective and safe for me.
