Crappy feeling got worse (covid?), took it easy yesterday
and my ribcage right side hurts when i’m breathing almost like i have a cracked rib
maybe the lats attachment or a rib got flaky during deadlifting 04-may

have had a feeling like a cracked rib on my right side and been very tired for a few days, but i feel better today, but no training.

it feels like the pain is inside my ribcage today, just inside of the ribs and exactly at liver height, the pain isn’t that severe though, hovering around 3, tops at 6 out of 10. broken sleep, headache and fatigue. no training today.
