skipped training, cold symptoms and very tired
You been on/off sick for a while now. Been to get checked?
yeah, been a rough patch since 10 Feb, health care in Sweden is just a word, i prefer not to associate with that word.
in fact, i suspect the government plan to use covid19 to purge all old and sick from Sweden, we are supposed to carry on like covid19 is just another flu.
however my stats today (11-Mar-2020) are normal
rested heart rate: 53 bpm
blood glucose fasted: 4.8 mmol/l
hold breath: 2 min 30 s
coughing and sneezing though
I am in DK, and I am not sure it is so much different. Starting to spread pretty quickly, too. Anyway, take care!

my stats today are really good. i’m still coughing from the February flu though. preparing to become infected with the novel corona virus. i wish we had sun in sweden, because i’ve heard vitamin D helps. the swedish government seem to be set on letting the disease burn through the population at a high rate and let the health care system collapse. i am scared.

looks like i’m getting stronger in ohp and bb row but i have eaten too much last two days
prolly loose the strength if i get my weight back
