Haha, just kidding. Your log is hiding in a place I haven’t come across it before, but I like the way you train. It reminds me a lot of the way I like to train…which probably isn’t apparent in my own log right now, because it has mostly been filled with 5/3/1.

Anyway, following along, nice stuff.

quickly dropped bodyweight, also happend in connection with my 2018 flu where i also lost a lot of strength, foook, i don’t want to loose strength again

still sick, felt really tired at work but pretended to be fine and productive
i guess i won’t be able to train again before Saturday or maybe even later

still sick, stayed home from work due to that my 9 year old daughter complained about being sick, but in retrospective i think she pulled a semi bluff on me, she wasn’t that bad. one days pay gone right there. oh well.

still sick. but on my feet. skipping wing tsun today. maybe start with light training tomorrow.

DOMS in my upper and lower back!
went up 0700 checked my stats 1000 fasted
weight: 84.6 kg
bf: 12.9% scales
blood glucose: 5.8 mmol/l
waist circumference: 90.8 cm
blood pressure: 115/83 mmHg
hr: 64 bpm

very high blood glucose and kinda high hr (usually 55 bpm) so i’m thinking i still have some effects of flu, also i was embarrassingly weak at the gym yesterday
