Way to keep at it. I wish I could survive hour + gym sessions w my schedule. How are you feeling about the cycle and progress?

i have fine tuned frequency, volume and rate of progression in order to push it as hard as i can without getting bad effects between the training sessions. i get slight doms sometimes but that is just fun. i ran 531 for hard gainers recently and that had just slightly more volume and a much higher rate of progression and it drove me to the ground.

the tweaks i made don’t necessarily mean that my program is tweaked towards optimal gains because i progress real slow compared to most others i’ve studied on the forum. but i feel pretty good now and i’m able to kick ass and get my ass kicked at the martial arts classes i’m taking.
